Located in Tampa, FL, USA, this multi-family project is currently under construction in the West River neighborhood along the Hillsborough River. The complex will feature an eight-story mid-rise apartment building with 360 units, high-end finishes, and amenities including a pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. The project will also include an eight-level parking garage with 530 parking spaces.

Slag cement was selected for the concrete mixture, to increase its pumpability, workability, and durability as well as provide a low carbon mixture. The mixture provided the contractor with adequate workability and setting times, and it met strength requirements.
