Maschmeyer Concrete Company of Florida announced today the acquisition of Suncoast Concrete in Tampa, FL. Maschmeyer will be operating their concrete and block plant under the Maschmeyer brand. The acquisition includes two additional sites to be built out in Plant City and Polk City.
Maschmeyer has been providing its customers throughout Florida with quality products and services for more than three decades and views the acquisition of Suncoast Concrete as the next step in the company’s continued expansion of its Tampa Bay region. Maschmeyer will acquire all assets, forty new team members, and the current customer base and will continue to run Suncoast Concrete as an independent, family-owned business under the Maschmeyer brand.
