Maschmeyer Concrete Company Expands into Georgia with
Ready Mix USA Atlanta Acquisition

Maschmeyer Concrete Company announced today the acquisition of the ready-mix and recycled concrete assets of Ready Mix USA in the Atlanta area, marking the company’s first acquisition outside the state of Florida and a significant milestone in its strategic growth plan. The acquisition expands Maschmeyer’s operations into Georgia and strengthens its ability to serve customers throughout the greater Atlanta market.
The facilities acquired are 17 ready-mix and three recycled aggregate locations with more than 230 team members. The facilities will operate under the Maschmeyer brand and become part of the company’s growing network of construction material operations, expanding its ability to serve contractors, developers, municipalities, residential customers, and homeowners throughout the region.

Maschmeyer’s expansion into Georgia comes nearly four decades after the company entered Florida’s concrete industry in 1986.
