A critical tenet to recruiting high-caliber talent is the Concrete Industry Management (CIM) Program at Middle Tennessee State University. This four-year Bachelor of Science Degree Program is offered by the Engineering Technology & Industrial Studies Department in the College of Basic and Applied Sciences. This industry specific program began in 1995, and Maschmeyer was one of the first concrete industry companies to recruit from the program. Maschmeyer boasts five graduates of the program on the company’s management team.
In addition, Maschmeyer has assembled a team of external consultants in the fields of marketing, operations management, information technology, applied technology, and construction law. Many of these expert consultants sit on the company’s Board.
