FRC MONO-150 MICRO SYNTHETIC FIBER

FRC MONO-150 fibers are manufactured from 100% virgin polypropylene resin and exceed the requirements of ASTM C-1116 “Standard Specification for Fiber-Reinforced Concrete and Shotcrete”. They are specifically engineered for use in concrete as secondary reinforcement and controlling plastic shrinkage and settlement cracking.  MONO-150 fibers are designed for early crack control but they also do an excellent job of increasing the impact, shatter, and abrasion resistance of the concrete.

FRC FIB-300 MICRO SYNTHETIC FIBER

FRC FIB-300 fibers are manufactured from 100% virgin polypropylene resin and exceed the requirements of ASTM C-1116 “Standard Specification for Fiber-Reinforced Concrete and Shotcrete”. They are fibrillated fibers that are specifically engineered for use in concrete as secondary reinforcement and controlling plastic shrinkage and settlement cracking.  FIB-300 is a multi-length fiber that is designed for early age crack-control but also can be used as secondary reinforcement.

FRC HBS-650 MACRO-SYNTHETIC FIBER

FRC HPS-650 is a macro-synthetic fiber engineered with e3 patented technology for optimal gradation and orientation. Made with 100% virgin olefin materials by Sika in an ISO 9001 certified facility, it ensures superior inter-facial bonding and flexural toughness in concrete. Privately labeled for FRC Resources, it meets the same standards as Fibermesh 650 and SikaFiber Force 650, offering strength and compliance in concrete reinforcement.

FRC 850 BLEND SYNTHETIC & STEEL FIBER

FRC-850 BLEND is a blend of low carbon drawn wire fibers and polypropylene synthetic micro fibers. The combination of the two proven fiber types provides a reinforcement system that addresses plastic shrinkage as well as restrained shrinkage in concrete slabs. Blending both fiber types into one pre-measured degradable bag offers owners, engineers, and contractors an easy way to provide a highly effective alternative to welded wire mesh and rebar.

FRC 950 BLEND MACRO-SYNTHETIC FIBER

FRC 950 Blend is a state-of-the-art concrete reinforcement system featuring polyolefin macro-monofilament fibers with patented sinusoidal deformations and 100% virgin homopolymer micro synthetic graded fibers. Manufactured by Sika, it meets stringent standards in an ISO 9001 certified facility. Privately labeled for FRC Resources, it aligns with Novomesh 950 and SikaFiber Force 950, ensuring top-tier strength and compliance in concrete reinforcement.

FRC CS-1000 STEEL FIBER

FRC CS-1000 fibers are made of low carbon, cut sheet steel with a tensile strength from 50 to 100 ksi. They contain deformations that run down the fibers that give them an incredible mechanical bond to the concrete matrix. The CS-1000 fibers are the best crack-containment fibers on the market. They are 1” in length with a very small diameter which helps to insure that an individual fiber will cross a forming crack and hold that crack tightly.

FRC CSD-2500 FIBERS

FRC CSD-2500 fibers are made of low carbon drawn wire and have a minimum tensile strength of over 140 ksi. This product was engineered for use in composite steel decks to meet the requirements of the Steel Deck Institute (SDI). CSD-2500 is packaged in 25 lb degradable bags that is easy for the ready mix concrete industry to store, load, and mix.

FRC 4550-HE STEEL FIBERS
(FORMALLY NOVOCON 1050)

FRC 4550-HE steel fibers are specifically engineered for concrete reinforcement, these cold-drawn hooked end (HE) steel fibers ensure optimal anchorage within the concrete matrix. Designed to exceed performance requirements, they were formerly known as FRC HE-1050 and Novocon 1050 HE.
