Maschmeyer Concrete Company of Florida today announced a transition in executive leadership, marking the beginning of the company’s third generation of leadership. Effective August 24, 2026, Troy Maschmeyer will transition from his role as Chief Executive Officer to Chairman of the Board, with Steve Bishop assuming the role of Chief Executive Officer.
The leadership transition represents an important milestone for Maschmeyer as the company builds upon nearly eight decades of family ownership and leadership. While responsibilities within the organization will evolve, the company’s commitment to its customers, team members, and the communities it serves will remain at the center of its continued growth.
Troy Maschmeyer has spent more than 50 years leading the Maschmeyer organization, guiding the company from its Michigan roots to its growth and success in Florida. As Owner and Chairman of the Board, Troy will continue to provide strategic leadership and remain actively involved in the long-term direction of the company.
