Mark Arbuckle

Mark Arbuckle, originally from Jacksonville, holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida and has more than 25 years of experience in the ready-mix and block industry. He began his career in sales in 1997 before expanding his experience into operations and management.

Prior to joining Maschmeyer Concrete in 2019, Mark served as Vice President of Operations for Superior Ready Mix in Michigan and as General Manager for Prestige Ready Mix in Tampa. Since joining Maschmeyer, he has held leadership roles including Vice President & General Manager of the Southeast Region and Vice President & General Manager of the Tampa Region.

Mark currently serves as Vice President/General Manager of Maschmeyer’s Tampa Bay Region, where he brings extensive experience across sales, operations, and regional management. He is also actively involved in the industry and serves on the boards of the Florida Institute for Construction Administration and Planning (FICAP) and the Masonry Association of Florida (MAF), while continuing to promote the use of concrete block in construction.
