Erik Lunde

Vice President / General Manager
Central Florida Region

Erik Lunde joined the Maschmeyer team through the company’s Management Development Program after earning a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Lander University in South Carolina. Throughout the program, Erik gained broad experience in Quality Control, Customer Service, and Operations before transitioning into a Sales Professional role. In 2024, he was promoted to Sales Manager for the East Coast.

During his tenure as Sales Manager, Erik earned his MBA from Stetson University while continuing to lead sales operations and grow his industry experience. He is actively involved with the Florida Concrete & Products Association (FCPA), most recently serving as a Region 6 Vertical Committee member. Erik has also completed the Developing Industry Leaders Program through the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) and the NEXGEN program through ABC Central Florida.

Erik was promoted to Vice President/General Manager of Maschmeyer’s Central Florida Region, where he brings a broad understanding of the company’s operations, sales, and customer service to his leadership role.
